JFPC Valuation Modules - Terms and Conditions 1. These training modules do not represent any official view of the RICS and cannot offer any guarantee that their completion will result in success at APC final assessment.
2. Booking confirmation, VAT receipt and directions to venue will be sent at least 48 hours before attendance at the first module booked.
3. These modules will be presented at other times and locations as yet to be finalised.
4. All cancellations or requests to transfer to another time must be made in writing.
5. A refund will only be made if a cancellation is received at least 14 days before the first module booked and this will be subject to an administration charge of £30.00 plus VAT.
6. A transfer to another time will only be allowed if a request is made at least 14 days before the first module booked. One transfer per module will free of charge. Additional transfer requests will be subject to a charge of £30.00 plus VAT.
7. Partial cancellation if all three modules are booked will result in the module or modules attended being charged at the full rate of £125.00 plus VAT. Refunds will be subject to condition 5 above.
8. Request to transfer modules to another time if all three modules are booked will be subject to condition 6 above. 9. JFPC Valuation School reserve the right to cancel the presentation of any modules and in this case a full refund will be made.
