Spent last night in Lima. At airport waiting for flight to Cuzco. Time here 7.20; UK 13.20.

Inca Trail Update - 29th March 10:30 GMT
4.30am here. Breakfast at 5am Leave on bus to start of Inca Trail at 5.30am. Walked 11k yesterday in mountains around Cusco at max of 3,700m. Can feel effects of altitude but ok.
